If you are somebody who likes to put an empty space to good use, then I have some ideas for you.
You can place some dried flowers or flower vases in the corridor on top of a bookshelf. This little library need not be very wide as it should be able to hold novels and story books for all. This shelf will also serve as a library on the way. Keep some exercise mats inside this so that you can be comfortable while reading!
Add some lamps at frequent intervals and you have got the perfect setting for sipping a hot cup of coffee with a book to read!
